  23. 3 weeks ago, I haven't seen anything of the other 3 yet.

  25.      If USR was shipping upgrades based on date/time the order was placed
  26. I can't think of any reason for only having received 2 sets when I ordered
  27. 5. Oddly enough, 2 of my modems were new enough that they should have
  28. been eligible for the free upgrade - though I didn't specifically request
  29. one because I couldn't be bothered to track down the relevant paperwork.
  30. The other 3 are older. Perhaps they are shipping upgrades using a LIFO
  31. system based on the serial number of the modem?
